Text message notifications

Vine & Branch Advisory & Counsel Group, LLC sends text-message notifications to counseling clients who use our client portal.

How you opt in

Providing a mobile number is optional. You opt in only by creating an account at vine-branch-portal.vercel.app and voluntarily entering your mobile number on the sign-up form, which states: “If you add a mobile number, you agree to receive appointment and secure-message notifications by text from Vine & Branch. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” You can use the portal fully without providing a phone number.

What we send

Transactional notifications only: a new secure message from your counselor, a confirmed session, or a session reminder. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Typical frequency is a few messages per month.

Opting out & help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@vineandbranch.group / (806) 548-0094. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
