The client portal
A private, secure place to begin working with a Vine & Branch counselor — complete a short intake, schedule sessions, and message your counselor directly. Everything you share is confidential and visible only to your counselor and the staff supporting your care.
Who it’s for
Vine & Branch Counsel — confidential, biblically grounded care for individuals, couples, and families.
Vine & Branch Emergency Services — support built for EMS, air-medical, healthcare, and public-safety personnel who carry others.
How it works
- 1. Create your account — name, email, and a password. Adding a phone number is optional.
- 2. Complete a brief intake — a few questions so your counselor can prepare. It takes a couple of minutes.
- 3. Schedule a session — pick an open time on the calendar, or send your availability and a counselor will follow up.
- 4. Message securely — stay in touch with your counselor between sessions through the portal’s secure thread.
Not for emergencies. The portal is not monitored around the clock. If you are in crisis, call 911 or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
